📦 Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We source our products from carefully vetted suppliers and ship directly to you across the USA. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed
  • Shipping time: 7–14 business days once dispatched
  • Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days from order date

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. We’ll never leave you guessing.


🔄 What is your return policy?

We want you — and your pet — to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@pawluxepets.in with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We’ll walk you through the next steps and make it as simple as possible. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item back.

100%, yes. All payments on Paw Luxe Pets are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted and widely used payment platforms. Here’s what that means for you:

  • Your card details are never stored on our servers — they’re handled entirely within Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant system
  • Our site uses SSL encryption (look for the padlock icon in your browser bar), so everything you enter is fully protected
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards

🗺️ Do you ship to all US states?

Yes — we ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska. No matter where you are in the country, your pet can get the gear they deserve.

If you’re located in a US territory such as Puerto Rico or Guam, please reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


📍 How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder first — and if it’s not there, just email us and we’ll look into it right away.


📬 What if my item arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?

That’s on us, and we’ll fix it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawluxepets.in with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no hassle.
